Artecuoio assumes the warranty within the framework of the statutory regulations. Each defect is to be reported immediately. In the event of warranty Artecuoio reserves the right to either replace or repair goods, which prove to be faulty. Should these measures have failed twice the customer is entitled, at his choice, to reduce the purchase price paid for these goods or to cancel the order of the faulty goods. The cancellation is excluded in case of an only insignificant defect.
