All our products are prepared and shipped from our central warehouse in the province of Vicenza, Italy. This ensures maximum stock availability and the most efficient service for our customers.

We guarantee free shipping all over the world for any purchase over 200 euros.

To ensure that the most accurate pricing and delivery costs are displayed while browsing our site, we recommend that you select your country from the list of shipping destinations. Local VAT will be applied for all EU destinations, UK and USA.

There are no additional costs or duties on products marketed in countries belonging to the European Union.
In the case of sales in countries outside the European Union, any taxes and duties will be charged to the customer.

Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion. During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from Arte&Cuoio specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.

In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or Arte&Cuoio.
